Getting to the Campsite by Bike

Along the ViaRhôna from Saint-Gilles
The ViaRhôna links Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean. In Saint-Gilles, 2 sections meet.
29 kmBeaucaire to Saint-GillesThe towpath of the Rhône to Sète canal
32 kmSaint-Gilles to Aigues-MortesThe Gard Camargue: marshes, canals, reeds and salt pansBeyond that, the route heads towards Arles and the Rhône delta, or towards Aigues-Mortes and the Mediterranean.
Just 5 km from St Gilles, Camping Crin Blanc is therefore an ideal stopover on your journey!

By Train to Arles, Then by Bike
Arrive at Arles station with your bike, then join us via the quiet Route de Gimeaux: about 50 minutes on a flat route. The town quickly gives way to country roads, for a gentle start to your stay!
Tip from the Camping Le Crin Blanc team: no bus links Arles to the campsite, so cycling is the simplest option from the station. Our reception welcomes you from 8:30 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 6:30 pm in low season, and until 7 pm in July and August. Before you book your train ticket, plan your arrival at your accommodation within these hours.
Bivouac Cabins, Tents or Pitches: Accommodation for Every Pace
Set in the heart of nature, our bike-friendly campsite offers accommodation suited to every trip.

For a One-Night Stopover

Our bivouac cabins and bivouac tents suit cycle tourists who want to sleep, eat and set off again the next day: a practical and original stopover. Our two wooden cabins on stilts (12 m²) each sleep 1 to 2 people in 2 single beds, while our two bivouac tents each have a double bed, so they also sleep up to 2 people per tent.

Travelling with Your Own Tent?

You can pitch your tent on one of our camping pitches and use picnic tables to settle in more comfortably after the day’s kilometres.

For a Stay of Several Days

Camping Crin Blanc then becomes a starting point for the Camargue and the Alpilles, with routes suited to different wishes and different levels. For these stays, our rentals range from mobile homes to the Provençal house, including Coco Sweet tents and chalets.

Cycling Routes in the Camargue and the Alpilles
Not sure which route to take? Stop by reception: our team will give you ideas for circuits starting from or near the campsite.

On the Camargue side, rice fields, marshes and canals, horses, Camargue bulls and pink flamingos line the roads all the way to the beach at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Around Arles and in the Camargue, Chemins des Parcs offers many cycling circuits, such as “Le chemin des taureaux”, “Autour du riz et des chevaux de Camargue” and “De la Crau aux Marais du Vigueirat”.

On the Alpilles side, hills take over, along with small Provençal roads, olive trees and characterful villages. The Alpilles are ideal for beautiful day rides around Les Baux-de-Provence, the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Mouriès. Chemins des Parcs also offers a discovery of the massif over several days.
