Are dogs allowed?

Dogs weighing less than 30 kg, kept on a lead, are permitted subject to a
fee payable at the time of booking (excluding dogs in categories 1 and 2).
Only one small pet is permitted per holiday accommodation. For camping pitches, two
small dogs may be accepted, but only with the campsite’s prior consent
(please contact us before your arrival)

Is there a television in every accommodation?

All accommodation units have a television, with the exception of the Mistral Comfort mobile homes
for 6 people, the Eco mobile homes for 4 people, and the COCO SWEET
furnished tents.

Are all the accommodation units air-conditioned?

Yes, with the exception of COCO SWEET tents.

We’re coming with a baby who won’t be taking up a bed at the accommodation – should we count them towards the maximum capacity?

Yes, everyone counts. For example, if you are a couple with three
children, including a baby who will be sleeping in a travel cot, you must book for 5
people and will therefore need accommodation for 6 people.

Is cleaning included?

Cleaning is not included in the basic package. You can book the
‘final clean’ option to:

  • €100 for the chalets, the Pampa cabin and the Roseau mobile homes,
  • €90 for the other mobile homes, the cottage and the Coco Sweet tents,
  • €50 for the cabins and bivouac tents.

Can I make a group booking on the website?

No. Any booking of more than three accommodation units by the same individual
or by different individuals who know one another and are travelling
together for the same reasons on the same dates is considered to be
a group booking. Such bookings must therefore be requested in writing in advance to contact@campingcrinblanc.com, clearly stating the reason for the stay to the management, who reserve the right to accept or decline the booking request. The
Crin Blanc campsite is designed for family holidays, and group stays must
under no circumstances disturb the peace and quiet of the campsite. Special conditions may
in particular be imposed regarding accompanying persons, the layout of
accommodation units in relation to one another, or the compulsory booking of the ‘
final cleaning’ option.

How many vehicles will be allowed onto the campsite?

For pitches: If the size of the vehicles allows, a second vehicle may be permitted on the pitch for an additional charge.
For holiday rentals: One parking space is provided per accommodation unit (two for the
Grand Mistral 12-person unit). If you wish to bring a second vehicle, this is
possible for certain pitches (for an additional charge of €5 per night). A visitors’ car park
is also available at the campsite entrance.

How big are the camping pitches, and can I choose my own pitch?

Our camping pitches are at least 80m². Some are wider, some are
longer… please do let us know the dimensions of your equipment when you
book, and we’ll choose the most suitable pitch for you. We do not offer
a paid option to choose your pitch, but if you let us know your preferences,
we’ll do our best to allocate you the pitch that best meets your
expectations !

Can I place an option on a stay?

You can reserve your stay, and the reservation will be valid for four
days.

Can I pay in cash?

We do not accept cash payments on arrival. If you are able to
, please go to reception to hand over the cash in person no later than
30 days before your arrival.

Can I pay for my stay using VACAF vouchers?

No, the campsite does not accept VACAF vouchers.

Can I use my holiday vouchers?

Yes, they must be sent to the campsite (at least by registered post) no later than
30 days before arrival.

When do I need to pay for my stay, and can I pay in instalments?

The balance for your stay must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your
arrival. You are welcome to pay this balance in instalments.

And if my stay is cancelled or cut short, what happens then?

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, the campsite will retain the amount
of the insurance premium and the administration fee, and will direct you to the insurer (Gritchen), to whom
you should submit your claim for a refund. If you have not taken out
insurance, the campsite will retain the full amount paid.

Are there any activities at the campsite?

Yes, during the high season (July and August). Our activity leaders will be organising
activities on site from Monday to Friday:

  • Children’s club in the mornings for 4–12-year-olds
  • Morning activities for adults and families
  • themed evenings (bingo, karaoke, live music, etc.).

Planning your arrival at the Crin Blanc campsite

What time can I arrive at the campsite?

Check-in is from 4.00 pm. As reception is closed between 12.00 pm and
4.00 pm, access to the campsite is not permitted during this time unless prior arrangements
have been made with reception.

Will I be asked to pay a deposit when I arrive?

Yes, and only by credit card. The campsite does not accept
cheques for the deposit. Deposit amounts:

  • €680 for the “Grand Mistral”
  • €350 for the chalets, the Pampa cabin and the Roseau mobile homes
  • €340 for all other mobile homes, the cottage and the Coco Sweet units
  • €230 for tree houses and camping tents
  • €20 for the barrier pass (for campers on pitches)
  • €100 to hire a fridge
  • €80 to hire a microwave

What is the amperage at the camping hook-ups?

10A

Do I need to bring an extension lead and an adaptor?

Yes, you’ll need a CEE adapter, and whilst electricity is included
in all pitch packages, the power points are shared and are therefore not
necessarily located directly on the pitch. An extension lead may therefore sometimes be required.

Are there a lot of mosquitoes in the Camargue?

There are no marshlands anywhere in the world without mosquitoes; as the
Camargue is a marshland, there are therefore mosquitoes in the Camargue!
However, it is entirely possible to enjoy our beautiful region to the full by
taking a few simple precautions: wearing light but covering clothing in the evening,
using a suitable repellent, or choosing certain times of day to go out. At the Crin Blanc Campsite, we’ve also put measures in place to make your stay more comfortable: two pheromone dispensers have been installed to protect the bar/restaurant terrace.

Are private barbecues permitted?

No. As the campsite is situated in a high fire-risk area, barbecues and
planchas – whether gas, electric or charcoal-fired – are not permitted. Four communal charcoal barbecues
are available on the esplanade in front of the restaurant
(charcoal not provided) in a secure area.

Are there pillows, duvets or blankets in all the accommodation?

Yes, in all holiday rentals and in the camping cabins.

Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool area?

No. In the pool area, tight-fitting swimming briefs or boxers are
compulsory. Swimming shorts, Bermuda shorts, burkinis and skirted swimsuits are strictly prohibited.

Is the swimming area supervised?

No. The swimming pool is not supervised; minors must always be
accompanied by a parent. Should you fail to comply with the rules governing the
swimming area, we will unfortunately be obliged to refuse you access.

My stay there

Is there any public transport available for visiting the area?

No. The campsite is not served by public transport. We
strongly advise our visitors to come with their own transport.

I’d like to have visitors during my stay – is that possible? Will they have access to the pool area?

Visitors are permitted on the campsite provided they report to the
reception on arrival and pay a fee of €5 per visitor per day.
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on the campsite and they do not have access to
the water park.
The campsite restaurant is open to people not staying at the campsite, but
this does not grant access to the pool area either.

How do I enrol my children in the campsite’s activities?

Registration takes place on the spot, directly with the organisers during the
information session on Sunday evening.

Are there any cycle paths starting from the campsite?

The campsite is just a short cycle ride from the Via Rhona, but
there are no cycle paths directly accessible from the campsite.
