15 km From Arles, Inside the Camargue Regional Park
Our 3-star campsite occupies the hamlet of Saliers, on the D37 road, between Arles and the Vaccarès lagoon. Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and the sea both sit 30 minutes away by car. The road to Aigues-Mortes then crosses into the Gard, past the marshes. This central position explains why so many families choose a campsite close to Aigues-Mortes over a town address. Here, horses and bulls graze behind the fences and flamingos fly over the ponds. Julie and Cécilia, 2 sisters devoted to their region, run Crin Blanc. They steer your days between Camargue wildlife, Gard beaches and art towns. Free parking on site makes these daily trips easy.

Heated Pool Area, Open From 10am to 7pm
Our pool area consists of 3 separate zones, open every day from 10am to 7pm. The main pool and its swim lane open the day for swimmers. Next door, the spa area combines jet benches, a water cannon and a micro-bubble seat. Younger children head for the paddling pool and its water games in 20 cm of water: wall cascades, ground jets and a tipping bucket they set off themselves. The large twisting waterslide keeps older children busy for much of the day. After a morning on the Aigues-Mortes ramparts, this camping with a pool in Camargue breaks up the afternoon. Sun loungers wait on the raised deck. One restriction: children must swim under parental supervision and the spa pool is off-limits under 12.
70 Rentals, From Coco Sweet Tents to an 8-Person Cabin
Our campsite close to Aigues-Mortes counts around 70 rental units, each with a private terrace. Our mobile home rentals are the most popular option. It runs from couples up to a 12-person group in the Grand Mistral model. Here are the units available:
- Air-conditioned mobile homes come with 2 to 6 bedrooms, for 4 to 12 people.
- The brand-new Premium Roseau model features contemporary interior design.
- Our Coco Sweet tents, halfway between canvas and mobile home, sleep 2 to 4.
- Guests of 2 to 4 take the air-conditioned cottage, or the 3-bedroom Pampa cabin for 8.
- Every unit includes a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Traditional campers tend to pick our camping pitches in the south of France instead: 50 plots of 80 to 100 m², wired with 10-amp hook-ups, with or without a 10 m² gazebo for shade. For July and August, reception takes bookings on +33 4 66 87 48 78.
Restaurant, Kids’ Club and Evening Shows on Site
Our campsite 30 minutes from Aigues-Mortes runs like a small village all season. Daily life at Crin Blanc revolves around the Petit Crin Blanc bar-restaurant and its west-facing terrace. There you taste bull gardiane stew with Camargue rice. Here is what waits for you on site:
- The grocery store puts out fresh bread and pastries every morning.
- An air-conditioned gym opens free of charge, with a badge collected at reception against a deposit.
- Children aged 4 to 12 join the kids’ club Monday to Friday in July and August. Team games, mini-olympics and crafts fill the sessions.
- Beach volleyball, basketball and football courts, table tennis and pétanque pitches host our activity team’s tournaments.
- Evenings run through big bingo nights, karaoke, concerts and Camargue-themed menus.
- Younger guests switch to the outdoor playground, the pool table and table football when the sun beats down.
- Massage sessions book at reception, while the lounge and its library follow the bar-restaurant hours.
Pastries
Good to know: individual barbecues and planchas are banned across our site, electric and gas models included. The Camargue Regional Nature Park carries a very high fire risk, and this rule protects everyone. A secure communal barbecue area waits a few steps away: your grilling stays on the programme, with no risk to the land around us.

Aigues-Mortes, the Salt Marshes and the Coast Within an Hour
From our campsite near Aigues-Mortes, several listed monuments and Grand Site landmarks sit within an hour’s drive:
- Aigues-Mortes ramparts, 30 minutes away: 1,640 metres of wall walk open to visitors.
- Constance Tower, inside the same walls: the old keep of Saint Louis, later turned into a prison.
- Aigues-Mortes salt marshes, on the edge of town: tours by little train, by bike or on foot between the salt pans.
- Aigues-Mortes tourist office, in the old town: guided tours and the calendar of local events.
- Le Grau-du-Roi, 6 km from Aigues-Mortes along the ViaRhôna: fishing port, lifeguarded beaches and seafront.
- Espiguette beach, south of Le Grau-du-Roi: wild sand stretching for several kilometres.
- Port-Camargue, next door to Le Grau-du-Roi: Europe’s leading marina.
- Pont de Gau bird park, on the road to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer: flamingos in the wild.
- La Grande-Motte, on the Mediterranean: sandy beaches and pyramid architecture.
Our tips: plan your Aigues-Mortes visit early in the morning, while the heat on the wall walk stays bearable. Have lunch on Place Saint-Louis, in the centre of town. Then take the Camargue road back for an afternoon at the pool. Pack a hat and a water bottle: the Camargue is a very dry, very sunny region, well beyond July and August.

FAQ – Camping in Aigues-Mortes
Yes, a car is essential to reach Aigues-Mortes from our campsite in the Camargue. Allow around 30 minutes on the road. Our reception hands out local tourist information and points you to the most direct route for the season.
Our opening season runs from April to September. The pool area works every day from April, 10am to 7pm. Reception welcomes you 8.30am to 12pm and 4pm to 6.30pm in low season, until 7pm in July and August.
Yes, pets are allowed at the campsite, as long as they stay on a lead across the site. Tell us about your dog when you book, so we can place you well from the day you arrive.
Of course. A service point, an electric vehicle charging station and 10-amp hook-ups with blue European sockets equip our camping pitches. Bring an adapter if your own plug uses a different format.
Yes, wifi covers the whole campsite. A free zone works around the restaurant for one hour a day. The paid network runs everywhere else on site. Enough to plan your Aigues-Mortes visits or send your holiday photos.
Services for families range from the laundry to the baby room, including toilets with step-free access. Baby kits, bed linen and fridges are available to rent at reception. Kids’ club activities round out the planning of your days.
